What exactly is Briefed?

An intelligence and execution platform for real estate professionals. We identify likely off-market transactions from data we own, and — this is the part that matters — we handle the outreach that turns a signal into a conversation. We're deliberately not saying more than that until the beta.

When does it open?

Private beta in late 2026, one market at a time. The list decides the order — we open where the demand is, so where you are and what you do genuinely affects when you get in.

Is this just another lead-gen product?

No, and we'd rather lose you here than at the demo. Lead generation sells you strangers and leaves the hard part to you. We start from a real event in the public record, and we make the first move ourselves. If what you want is more leads, there are cheaper places to get them.

Where does the data come from?

Public records and licensed, compliant providers. We don't scrape, and we don't depend on any social platform's terms of service. Nobody can revoke our access with a policy change.

What happens to my email address?
